- Payment information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Neon PostgreSQL and AWS infrastructure in the us-east-2 (Ohio) region. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Data Retention
When you delete content (Ideas or Mockups), it is soft-deleted and retained for 30 days to allow for recovery. After 30 days, deleted content is permanently removed. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data

- Clerk session cookies: Essential cookies required for authentication and maintaining your logged-in session.
- PostHog analytics cookies: Used to collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the Service. You may opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings.
8. Children's Privacy
AppCruiser is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
9. GDPR and CCPA Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
