2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
3. User-Generated Content
The Service allows you to submit Ideas, upload Mockups (HTML and WebContainer files), post Feedback, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to AppCruiser, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating and providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
4. AI-Generated Content
AppCruiser offers AI mockup generation powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI-generated content is created at your request based on your inputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-generated content before use. AppCruiser makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, safety, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
AppCruiser maintains a repeat infringer policy. Accounts that receive three (3) or more valid copyright infringement notices ("strikes") will be terminated. We track all DMCA notices filed against each account and enforce this policy consistently.
7. Subscription and Payment Terms
AppCruiser offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
8. Donations
AppCruiser facilitates donations between users through Stripe Connect. Donations are voluntary payments made directly to content creators. AppCruiser charges a platform fee on donations as disclosed at the time of payment. Donations are non-refundable once processed.
9. DMCA Compliance
AppCruiser respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please refer to our DMCA Policy for instructions on submitting a takedown notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppCruiser and [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
